Services include weekly and multiple times per week as well as a deodorizing and sanitizing service for a small additional fee. Areas that can be safely deodorized and sanitized include decks, patios, under trampolines, play areas, and flowerbeds.

Prices for cleans start at $13/visit. Many companies charge extra for each additional dog. The Poo Pro does not. Deodorizing services are an additional $10. Haul away of waste is free!
Can my dog be outside during service?

Yes, if he/she is ok with visitors. Otherwise, in the best interest in your dog and tech it would be best if your dog is inside or locked in a crate or pen.

Not at all, as long as there is access to the service area(s).
Will I be notified before you arrive?

If you would like, you can be notified via text message. After every visit a photo is taken of your shut/locked gait which can be sent to you if you wish.

Do you deodorize and sanitize yards?
Yes, for a $10 fee. The sanitizing solution used is effective against a wide range of pathogens including Canine Parvovirus, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia, and many other bacteria and virus'. It is also safe for you, your dog, and children to walk on the sprayed areas afterwards. It also is safe on plants, flowers, grass, and turf.
What if I need to skip a day?

No problem. Just call or send a text before the start of the visit. You will not be charged for that day. Many companies will charge extra on their next visit for having to clean up extra poo. Not The Poo Pro. Sometimes due to finances, vacations, and unexpected visitors you will need to occasionally skip a service and that's ok.

If your gate has a combination lock, let us know and we can keep that on file to be used by only the staff that will be in your yard. If you have a gate that requires a key to open, you will be required to have the gate unlocked prior to the visit. Texts will be sent out to let you know when the tech is on the way so you can unlock the gate beforehand.

Yes, with a few exceptions. Services can be provided in all types of weather: rain, wind, cold, Texas heat, and the occasional snow. If the weather becomes unsafe for work conditions, services will be halted until it clears. If services needs to be delayed to another day, you will be notified. If a visit must be completely skipped, you will not be charged.
How do I pay?

You can pay with debit or credit card. Your payment information will be kept on file and automatically withdraw funds on the day it is due. There is no prepayment. You will not be charged until your service is complete.

Absolutely not! Who likes contracts? You will not be roped into mandatory services. However, you are required to "electronically sign" a terms of service agreement for that verifies that you allow The Poo Pro on your property to provide services.

Call or text about the missed piles and you will not be charged for that day’s service.

No. There used to be an additional charge but most yards are already well maintained and the added charge was deemed useless.

Yes, with liability insurance as well as worker’s comp.
Why should we hire a dog poop cleaning service company?
Scooping poop takes time. This time can be better spent with family, doing hobbies, or doing other tasks that need to be tended to.
Dog poop service is great for people with mobility and/or vision impairments. It is great for people who have pets and can care for them but are unable to scoop poop. Those who are recovering from an injury or surgery can benefit from our company until they are healed, and it is safe for them to clean up the poop on their own.
Contrary to popular belief, poop is not a fertilizer. It can ruin your grass. Your lawn guy you hired knows when poop hasn’t been scooped. Dog poop can ruin the blades of a mower and can be flung into the person who is mowing. Because of this, many of the companies who mow lawns will set their blades to be higher than the poop. So, your poop isn’t being spread around like you think it is.
Poop also smells. The only way to keep your yard from smelling like it, is to keep it cleaned.

Customers are being provided with a clean backyard where their family and friends can relax and spend time to do whatever it is they would rather do.
